Offer military support to the government of Ukraine to secure and stabilise the area in and around the crash site of Malaysia Airlines flight 17 (MH17) to prevent Separatists and Russian forces in Eastern Ukraine from tampering with and/or removing debris, evidence, and human remains. The additional goal is to allow accident investigators unhampered access to the crash site.
We ask the United States government to ask all NATO members to offer the same military support as well.
Finally, we ask the United States government to entreat the international community to put pressure on Russia so as to allow a free and unhampered investigation to take place.
