More scholarships will encourage more students to study hard and will give more chance for outstanding Chinese students to study in America.
The devotions that Chinese students have been making to the US society cannot be ignored. So the US government should appropriate more financial resource to help the Chinese international students who will indubitably help make the US land a better place in the future.
