Offer Pay incentives to School Officials who have verifiable self-defense skills and those who are willing to be trained

Allow the opportunity for pay incentives for School Officials (Administration, Teachers, Janitors, etc) who have verifiable self defense skills or trained negotiations skills. This is with the intent to provide for incentives for School Officials to become better equipped and able to protect students and all others who fall within the protective jurisdiction of a School District. There may be less violent crimes in school if the perpetrator is aware that there are individuals who are trained to prevent acts of violence.
