Offer people whos ancestors were taken as slaves from foreign lands a one way ticket to where their ancestors came from

Millions of humans were unjustly forcibly removed from their homelands to serve as slaves in our country. Every one of their descendants should be afforded the option of returning to their homeland. They should all be offered transportation back to their homeland at no cost.
