Right now, it is very difficult for a young man or woman fresh out of college to find a job in their field of study. If tax credit were to be offered to businesses that hire young men and women 2 years out of college or less, I believe it will help the country in many ways. First, corporations and businesses will be more encouraged to create and open jobs for young people if they have the incentive. We seem to put a large emphasis on employing veterans, which I agree with, but why are we not taking care of college grads? Second, this would help boost job creation overall, and third, it will allow our higher education system to be put to use, analyzed, and tweaked more effectively.
