Offer tax incentives to increase americans average income and benefits paid by employer

Companies who pay their employees more money and offer benefits should be encouraged to increase such things by having taxes reduced if they meet certain criteria. If company A pays an average employee 20k a year, they should have a higher tax rate than Company B which pays an average employee 40k a year. There should be rewards for companies who treat employees better and reducing taxes for these companies is an achievable solution.
