Offer a tax rebate to purchases of motorcycles

A tax rebate has been offered to purchases of hybrid or electric vehicles due to said vehicles offering better gas mileage and fewer greenhouse emissions. Another vehicle that offers these same benefits (and often superior gas mileage compared to most hybrids) and also reduces wear on public roads due to less weight and surface contact is readily available in the form of motorcycles. Offering a tax rebate to new and recent buyers of motorcycles to the American public will make the option of getting these greener vehicles more tempting to the average consumer and make strides to combating global climate change.
