Officer assaulting law

We the following people will like a law to govern over position of law enforcement and security officer and correctional officer's any arresting or detain firgure in united states soil.the law should include any assaulting action use that is not needed before or after detaing.under provision include able to report action online 24_7 by any victims.must have police report available to all inmates at all times.with no provision under who can file or filed them out.and a lock drop box available for placing them.I also ask for the immediate supervision privileges of any job he holds envolving citizens protection for a minimum of 2 weeks without pay if any marks are shown are a visual witness 10 days without any marks are witness.this is what we ask.and 4 protection of any prosecution 4filing
