Officers need more training with firearms and also communication skills amongst others.

Officers need more training on the road and also when dealing with incidents where a white cop feels helpless around a black person. That should n recent cop involved murders always go silent. Officers who murder somebody doesn't deserve to be free or call themselves a police officer! How can a white man rape nearly 6 women and get 6 months, how can a white man kill 9 people in a church and is still alive and the list just goes on. Everybody should have equal rights not one person be on top and the other at the bottom. Almost 600 hundred black people been killed with police involved incidents and all officers plead not guilty. Why is that? Anybody who kills somebody should be locked up with no mercy. I would like the "Shoot in cold blood,stay in a cold cell",made by me ,to be passed.
