We the people want the office of our Commander and Chief to publicly recognize, that figuratively speaking The "Bird" is the word.
By receiving the additional acknowledgment of such a highly appointed public office we the people believe that a greater public understanding of this issue or social subject will be obtained.
Why should this be publicly recognized? The Surfin' Bird is a well known and publicly loved classic song that now has deep roots in American History. With a recent resurgence through modern media America's youth looks upon this classic song as little more than a humorous joke along with many other pieces of American Heritage.
We the people have come together and want this classic piece of Americana to receive new attention and a better understanding.
