When someone does something wrong and wants things to be made right, they apologize.
Even though black people today aren't walking around with chains and getting beat on their backs doesn't mean that african americans do not suffer a very powerful residual effect from slavery and the polices that proceded afterwards.
How is it that after the heinous acts of slavery that we have never received an apology. I propose the following for a real apology.
1) A verbal apology
2) Full payment of college fees. ( for a several generations )
3) Allow a tax holiday season where ( x ) number of years, taxes will not be collected from african descended people.
4) Forgive Africa's Debt.
5) Make it cheaper and easier for african americans to invest and travel to africa.
Does that sound fair?
