Black Lives Matter has recently instigated with protests to have followers invite riots and killings of law enforcement. Having to assign the movement as a hate group will ensure that all actions will be scrutinized and monitored and lessen the likelihood for violence against police. This action will also allow the proper investigation to take place before citizen action is violently executed.
