Felony disenfranchisement is upheld currently in the state of Florida where people previously incarcerated or currently incarcerated are not allowed to vote. 9% of voting age citizens cannot vote because of this regulation. 5.9 million people cannot vote every election because of the states ban against people with felony convictions. Every person has an opinion and deserves a choice to vote regardless of criminal history. We have people who are allowed to vote which have committed worse crimes but have not been caught. Ban felony disenfranchisement in Florida so every election every vote WILL count.
