Officially censure/reprimand congressman Michael Grimm (Rep. NY) for his deplorable & possibly criminal conduct on 1/28/14. Any ordinary citizen caught on camera threatening another citizen with death/bodily harm would be brought up on charges of provocation, intimidation or possibly coercion.
