The spelling of defense is extremely annoying to me, as well as fellow classmates ( Cough Cough, the whole country too) . I mean, you spell "fence" with a why can't "defense" be spelt that way too? Exactly. Also, doesn't "defense" just look wrong, and unpleasing to the eye? If not, look at it carefully multiple times. If it still doesn't look right, I don't know what else to tell you other than the fact that, you are weird. The spelling of defense must be changed into "defence". Anybody else with me?!
P.S. During writing assignments, I usually get points taken off for the spelling of this word. You know what would help? The word to be changed.
Anybody who thinks otherwise is weird.
