Day Without Hate is a non-profit, student-led organization that promotes peace and non-violence in schools and communities. The organization started in Standley Lake High School in Colorado and has spread all through the state and even to other states like New York! Every last Friday, students from all around the state come together and stand united by wearing white, the color of peace. Day Without Hate has won a Peace Jam Award and puts on a yearly rally in Colorado as a place where high school students can come together and celebrate PEACE! How amazing would it be in this day of peace became a national event!?
