Malcolm X, born Malcolm Little on May 19, 1925 was an Afro American Muslim minister and Civil Rights Activist. He used his activism to uplift Black Americans via education and actions that are documented in history books. Because of his strong indictment of systemic, institutional racism in America should, he be recognized as one of the many catalysts for change and equality in our ongoing Civil Rights Movement. Malcolm X is in fact, one of the greatest and most influential Black/Afro Americans in U.S. history.
