Pardoning and/or honoring Marcus Mosiah Garvey Jr. for his humanitarian efforts to uplift and organize African Americans towards a richer life with pride and self-worth. He worked to end poverty and apathy amongst his people. His birthday is August 17th. It would make a nice unofficial holiday. Please do this before Obama leaves office. It would make a great legacy also. So many in the world would be grateful for this gesture.
