We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

OFFICIALLY HONOR AND PARDON MARCUS MOSIAH GARVEY, JR. FOR HIS IMMENSE CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR SOCIETY AND THE WORLD.

Created by C.H. on May 11, 2016

So much admiration has been placed upon actors and artists that do little for society as a whole. In remembering the positive events in our American history, we propose that President Obama honor and pardon Marcus Mosiah Garvey, Jr. for his immense achievements and contributions to the African American community which, in turn, benefited society as a whole. He brought respect, honor, pride and education to many African Americans and Africans worldwide. No one has accomplished such organization as he had.
Let us celebrate him on August 17th each year to remember him on his birthday.
This gesture would be so admired by many Americans and thousands worldwide and make such a great legacy for President Obama.
