Officially label the Donald J. Trump Campaign as hate speech.

Created by C.D. on December 10, 2015

Donald J. Trump continues his dangerous rhetoric, which only escalated with the recent call for a "complete and total shutdown" of Muslims entering the United States.

Hate speech is defined as: agesture or conduct, writing, or display which is forbidden because it may incite violence or prejudicial action against or by a protected individual or group, or because it disparages or intimidates a protected individual or group.

Latino and African American protesters have been assaulted at Trump rallies. Donald J. Trump agreed that one protester should have been "roughed up." It is a dangerous time in America when we actively call for assaults against those who practice the 1st Amendment.

As a nation, it is important protect our liberties and speak out against those who try to suppress them.
