The BLM origination has repeatedly committed acts of domestic & international terrorism during its history. The latest attacks against Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement officers in Texas has completed all three requirements to be defined as a domestic terrorist group.
"Domestic terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics: Including but not limited to acts endangering human life that violate federal and state law, intimidation of a civilian population, killing or attempted killing of officers and employees of the government.
BLM has met all the requirements to be officially categorized as a domestic terrorist organization per 18 U.S.C. § 2331, 18 U.S.C. § 2332b, § 930(c), § 1114.
