we are requesting the Obama administration officially recognize all civilians right to assemble, train, arm and militarize a group of other civilians. no matter the number of civilians or what they call this group be it a militia, army, military, nation, micro nation or p.m.c. and with no requirement to register or license this group. we claim this right under the first and second amendments. if this is denied or the signatures don't reach the required amount i will enter this petition anew.
