Officially recognize Spanish as the de-facto national language of the United States

Spanish has been spoken in the United States, for more than 100 years, and is now the second most spoken language in the United States, and Spanish should be the de-facto national language of the United States, and we can teach all of our fellow americans both English and Spanish, Spanish is still considered a foreign language, and is time to change that, to a de-facto national language.
