Officially redesignate a group of bald eagles from a "convocation" to a "freedom".

Created by N.C. on June 30, 2015

Currently, the American English designation for a group of eagles, to include the American bald eagle, is a "convocation". This is similar to a "murder of crows" or a "gaggle of geese". We the people, submit that due to the unique classification of the American bald eagle as America's National Animal and Bird, a group (defined as two or more) of American Bald Eagles should, henceforth and forevermore, be classified as a "Freedom of Bald Eagles".
