Officially remove Connecticut's designation as a part of New England.

Created by N.B. on December 04, 2014

Although any New Englander knows Connecticut is not really a part of New England, history and Wikipedia see it otherwise. As it stands, Connecticut resides in an official identity crisis. They cheer for New York teams, have no distinguishable traits or accents, they reside in the "Tri-State Area" and who knows what color their chowder is? We hereby propose that Connecticut's status as a New England state be revoked. This will distinguish the Tri-State area from New England, avoid confusion in the future, and help Connecticut decide which way to travel for vacation.
