Ziggy has suffered enough. His creator, Tom Wilson, uses him to explore misery. But Tom Wilson's creator, God Almighty, allows only happiness for humany beings like Ziggy, who by the grace of his suffering has transcended fiction.
We the People, like Mr Burns, ask "when will Ziggy win?" Due to free speech stuff we cant stop Tom Wilson from hurting Ziggy. But the US Govt can answer our big question.
