We the people who have signed this petition request the Obama administration to officially review the conduct, guidelines and officials that have been elected and appointed into office or into regulation by the Lackawanna County judicial system in the state of Pennsylvania. Numerous families and children have had their civil rights violated due to judicial misconduct by this local county court system. Their recommendations and lack of review of evidence provided during family court hearings have left families torn and children forced to stay at homes or with parents whose provisions lack the capability of the child's best interest. Official guidelines set forth for guardian ad litem recommendations as well as appointed judges have been neglected and abused. Our children need your voice!
