U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has shown himself time and again to be in support of laws and policies which both encourage and fuel bigotry and prejudice towards the LGBT community and minorities. His public statements, as well as decisions made in his capacity as Justice have clearly indicated that Justice Scalia is determined to cement into law his own attitudes and opinions which are severely detrimental to the future of the United States. While it is recognized that the President of the United States has no official authority to enact any policy or procedure to result in the removal or forced retirement of a currently appointed Supreme Court Justice, this petition will hereby serve as the voice of the people to further express their frustration and will.
