NO TESTS WERE EVER CONDUCTED by any U.S. government agency to look for explosive residues at the site of the 2001 World Trade Center catastrophe.
In 2009 a group of scientists found “active thermitic material” in four separate dust samples. Their findings were published online in the Open Chemical Physics Journal. The title of the paper was: “Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe.” The thermitic material found in all samples ignited at lower temperatures then conventional thermite and was more powerful than explosives TNT or C4.
