Elliot Rodger, a student in Santa Barbara, shot seven innocent women and wounded many others. His 141-page manifesto and numerous YouTube videos show that he was an extremist against women. He felt he deserved to lose his virginity, unlike other men who were "ugly." He believed his gentlemanly mannerisms and expensive clothed gave him the right to women's bodies. An extremist and a misogynist, he fully deserves to be officially recognized as a terrorist (see definition below).
The US Code of Federal Regulations defines terrorism as "...the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives."
