White House press briefings to be "brought to you by Carl's Jr."
In an effort to reduce the federal deficit in a fair and balanced way by raising new revenue to offset the exorbitant cost of White House operations, the Press Secretary must, after answering any question during a press briefing, conclude by saying, "brought to you by Carl's Jr." Carl's Jr. will then pay the White House for each endorsement. Economic expert David Herman, in 2006, described this plan as a "really good way to make money."
