End the failed war on marijuana. Remove marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act list, decriminalize marijuana on a federal level, give states the right to tax and regulate it however they wish to do so. Drug policies have no place on the U.S. Constitution. This will not end until the people get what they want Obama
