Once a person Graduates with a Teaching Degree they should be done and have a Full Licenses and be able to Teach.

I feel that after 4 years of Teaching classes and teaching tests all the money to do all this and pass all this that a person should not have to go through another 2 years of someone watching them and then saying I don't think you are good enough to teach. If the kids are learning and you completed the 4 years of requirements then you should be done and be able to teach any where. Yes you must also be able to pass all back ground checks. Not all jobs require this after paying all this money.
