This is a program to make sure no person is without a bed to sleep on in a violence-free place. The fact is that walking robots are going to be doing all manual labor and the idea of working a job is going to fall to the past for most people. We need to start thinking of using our majority-rule democratic government to provide a minimum standard of living for people since most people will not have jobs.
