We need a Bill that States the there will Only be One Bill with No add ons that causes back room dealings and Every elected politician MUST vote either present or electronically and all votes made public. This will stop votes for Bills such as $100,000,000 for cancer research but somehow include $40,000,000 for turtle fences. Make each Bill separate and voted on separately and Everyone must vote. And make the votes public so all Americans can see what their politicians are doing.
