One failed attempt at a shoe bomb and we all been forced to take our shoes of at the airport. Old people who look nothing like a Jihadist have to suffer this humiliation even when many of them have proudly served country. We've had 31 school shootings just since Columbine. This week 20 young children have been tragically taken from their parents arms. As we've learned from this the school had taken steps to secure it's property but the killer still got in. The guns were legally bought and owned. We need to limit the sales of these assault weapons to people that can prove they have a legitimate need for them. Our schools need armed security with vests. We need to provide our children better protection than we do vacationers.
