We, the People of the United States of America, petition the Administration of President Barack Obama to issue an Executive Order reaffirming the following national principles, to wit:
1) We believe, as one, that We are One Nation under God, Indivisible;
2) That our Forefathers fought a Civil War, to determine whether any Single or Group of States should have the right to withdraw from our Nation;
3) That any question of whether any State, or Group of States, should be allowed to withdraw from our Nation was decided at the conclusion of the Civil War, at immeasurable cost to our Nation;
4) That We shall continue as One Nation comprised of 50 States, until such time as additional States are admitted to Our Great Nation.
