"One nation under God" Is a clear violation of the seperation of church and state

Created by E.T. on August 04, 2014

No matter if your a Jew, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Atheist, etc. It is impossible to deny the fact that the line "One nation under God" not violating the 1947 supreme court decision to create a wall between church and state.

The version of the Pledge of Allegiance we know today was written way back in 1954. A lot has changed since then, including mandatory group prayer which was declared to be un-constitutional in 1962.

Also America is becoming more and more diverse. In 1954 about 95% of America's population was openly Christian, today that number is about 73%, and still falling more rapid then ever before.

I only hope the best for the people of America and I hope you do to.
