One time tax forgiveness for tax payers! Truly help those below middle class have a chance to better there lives!

I am a married mid 34yr old step-dad and New Grandpa "Pops" also tax payer whom is the provider for my family making under $50k annually in an honest blue collar job. I do not complain about my job that I have and had now for 5yrs as I know many are unemployed (There choice or not). We need some serious tax relief! We need a one time forgiveness to past taxes that might be late, unpaid or currently paying off with payment plans. My situation is when I was younger I worked for a Company 1099 which was not honest about my pay reported. That company does not exists anymore but I got stuck and started life in debt with IRS which I pay monthly and have for 6yrs now (Penalties/Interest). This One Time assistance would put American back to being involved building our economy.
