One who receives a domestic violence conviction must surrender their firearms to the court until the case is over.

Violence and guns can't be excepted. The court system would take one's firearms out of the residence he resides at until the case is over. The court shall make it mandatory to receive therapy or anger management classes before the residence and the individual can store firearms. On a second or third domestic violence conviction the person is banned for life to ever own or carry a firearm.
