Online Congessional and Senate Censure

That legislation be enacted to allow online censures of Congressmen and Senators for acting against the online stated interests of as little as 5% of their constituents; said censures to be read aloud at the start of each day of Congress or Senate business for a period of 30 days following gaining an online signatorial base of a minmum of 5% of the censured Congressman or Senator and to continue so long as a minimum of 5% of the said Congressman's or Senator's constituents re-sign said censure each 30 days. Said censures to be entered on and administered through the White House online website (as through the page "We The People").
