The voices of a few are not enough to represent the populace of an entire state.
However if the issue of secession draws a positive reaction from a two-thirds majority OF THE RESIDENTS OF THAT STATE, and not of any other, to better represent the will of the people in that state alone,
The government of the United States should peacefully work to allow that state to secede from the union of the United States.
