This petition is to create requirements for participation in federal elections. Each voter should be required to produce identification and a property tax certificate that matches their identification. The property tax certificate requirement shall act as a protective measure to prevent the non-producers/takers from controlling the course of the United States and drowning the voice of the productive citizens.
