Only allow firearm and ammunition sales in a "gun shop" instead of a sporting goods, department store or the internet.

Created by S.M. on January 16, 2013

A "gun shop" is a store that only deals in firearms and accessories that have to do with firearms.

A department store or a "sporting goods" store may deal in multiple sports, not just shooting sports.

A department store chain cannot be able to train all of their employees to know the laws or spot problems or unstable people.

Also, the internet has no oversight for ammunition sales.

I hereby petition the Administration to ban firearm and ammunition sales over the internet, in department stores and in sporting goods stores.

Also, all FFL dealers MUST have a store front, meaning commercial zoning for sales with no residential on the same property. This will eliminate "basement" dealers.
