Many schools and states across America have been infiltrated with religious beliefs/ideals in the science class. Many creationism/intelligent design variations exist due to multiple attempts of people trying to blend education and faith together. These attempts have been noted and halted post-federal court trials: Edward vs. Aguillard, Epperson vs Arkansas, Freiler vs Tangipahoa Parish Board of Education, etc. The list goes on.

In essence; this petition has been created to improve our country's educational standards by denying any pseudo-sciences, beliefs, or any other personal opinions into the classroom in which only testable, scholarly, empirical explanations of natural phenomena belong.
