only allow people to vote if they pay taxes

Only people that contribute to the money being spent by the government should be allowed to decide what it is used for. It is not fair to let someone decide what is done with someone else's money. This will provide an incentive for people to get a job and get off welfare. People on welfare will most likely vote for the candidate that promises the most to them. It is just human nature. Creating this voting restriction will save our country money and reduce the debt problem.
