Make it illegal for non-citizens to receive government funded welfare benefits. Too many illegal citizens are draining our welfare system which effects the care of our own tax paying citizens. People who have paid into Medicare and Social security should not have to go without their medications because they can't afford them while illegal citizens qualify for more benefits not having contributed one penny into MCR and SSI taxes.
