By allowing only companies on American soil to be eligible for military contracts and removing the companies that outsource from participation, small business will grow and use American labor. If the manufactured product is for the American Government it should be made IN America, by Americans. Instead of subsidies to large commercial farming institutions, use the money for helping small business grow to supply most of the government contracts.
