In regards to the several petitions for secession from the union, we petition to only allow signatures from the state in question to count (eg. On Iowa's petition, only signatures from Iowa matter; on Florida's petition, only signatures from Florida matter; etc.) A state's request for secession should NOT be partially decided by residents of other states.
