Rather than spend months (or years) being stalled in Congress, have only the Universal Background Check and Federal Database system be implemented first before any other firearm regulation be put in place. This bill shall not in any way limit the type of firearm that a law abiding and mentally stable person can own nor will it keep more than the type of firearm (handgun or rifle), firing rate (semi-auto, pump, double action, single action), and caliber of bullet that the firearm shoots. This is so in the event that the database gets hacked or becomes public the value of the firearm cannot be determined for thieves to target citizens.
After that is in place, find and nullify/remove any law that prevents the ATF from enforcing CURRENT firearm laws and regulations.
